For users with an active subscription, unused credits will roll over to the next month one time. This means that credits expire two months after their acquisition. After your subscription ends, any unused credits will be lost.
You can manage or cancel your subscription on the billing page. To access the billing page, go to the account menu in the top right corner of the page and select 'Billing'. Once you cancel, you can still use your credits until the end of your current billing period. After that, you will lose any remaining credits, so we encourage you to use them first.
Whether you are a free or paid user, you own the rights to the generated images. This means you can use them for any purpose you want.
Generated images and videos are private when they are created under a paid plan. They remain private even after the subscription ends. For free users, generated images and videos are visible in the community gallery. Edited images and videos are not visible in the community gallery.
You can purchase additional credits at any time. If you need more credits on a regular basis, we recommend upgrading to a higher plan.
Yes, our tools are designed to handle bulk processing. You can upload multiple files at once and we will process them in the order they were uploaded.
Some tools can be run for free when they are executed on your device. For example, you can run the resize image tool on your device for free without any limits.

Users with an active subscription are eligible for a refund if they've used fewer than 25 credits over the lifetime of their account. To initiate a refund, cancel your subscription and contact us at support@ceacle.com. We do not provide refunds if the account has been deleted.
