You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account menu. Once you cancel, you will still be able to use your credits until the end of your current billing period. Once it ends, you will lose any remaining credits so we encourage you to use these first.
Can I exceed my credit limit?
For now, we don't allow exceeding your credit limit. If you need more credits, you can upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional credits.
What if I need more credits than my plan allows?
You can purchase additional credits at any time. If you need more credits on a regular basis, we recommend upgrading to a higher plan.
I have a lot of files to process. Do you support bulk processing?
Yes, our tools are designed to handle bulk processing. You can upload multiple files at once and we will process them in the order they were uploaded.
I need a specific tool that you don't have. Can you build it for me?
Of course! We are constantly adding new tools to our platform on users request. If you need a specific tool, please contact us at contact[at]ceacle.com and we will be happy to discuss your needs.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Our payments are handled by Stripe, which supports credit or debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Link. We'll be happy to discuss if you’re interested in our Enterprise plan and need more flexibility in payment methods or terms, please contact us.
